My Journey with Testicular Cancer

In May 2024, I was diagnosed with testicular cancer — a moment that completely shook my world. Up until that point, I believed I was one of the fittest, healthiest people I knew for my age. I trained regularly, ate well, and did my best to take care of my mental wellbeing. This diagnosis came as a complete shock.

Things moved fast. Within a short time, I had surgery and began chemotherapy. I was forced to adapt — mentally, physically, and spiritually — to a new reality. It wasn’t just my life that was affected. The impact rippled out to my family, friends, and colleagues. Everyone around me felt the weight of the journey in some way.

This page is a resource — born out of that experience — to share what helped me navigate the hardest season of my life. From physical recovery to managing emotions, to staying grounded through the chaos, I’m sharing everything that’s helped make this journey lighter.

If you or someone you know is facing testicular cancer, I hope what I’ve learned can help you feel less alone — and more equipped.
